Founder's History
David’s career has spanned over 25 years with a focus in sales & marketing, operations, engineering, and finance. One of his passions is working closely with business owners and leaders to help their companies accelerate business velocity and revenue growth. He simply wants to help business owners Sell More and Worry Less. Sell More of their products and services to the right clients in a repeatable way. Worry Less about sales, sales management, operations, and establishing repeatable processes once they engage him and his team to help. His clients understand that if they want to expand their future state, they must improve their current state. These business owners recognize that in order to survive and thrive, they must delegate as much as possible whenever possible so that they can focus on running their businesses.
David has held sales, sales management, general management, and Chief Operating Officer roles for early-stage start-up companies to large publicly traded companies in the S&P 500. His approach to sales, management, and leadership have directly contributed to generating over $600M in annual revenue for the companies that he worked for. Throughout his career, David has participated in 7 mergers and acquisitions, each presenting unique challenges and learning experiences. His range of experience has enabled him to provide a tremendous amount of business context and insight for the clients that he and his team have worked with.
After 25 years, David decided that he would use the experience he had gained and start TREUCxO because he believe that business owners and their teams deserve the help they need to grow their businesses.
